On June 4, 1963, patent #3,091,888 was granted to the amazing six-year-old inventor Robert Patch for a "toy truck". Robert Patch's toy truck was designed to be easily assembled and disassembled by a kid and the toy could be changed into different types of trucks each time (ie. closed van style body or dump truck).
